The AeroPilates Plank Bar is an add-on accessory for any AeroPilates Precision Series Reformer. The plank bars add a wealth of new workout capabilities into your Pilates routine. It’s ideal for core and upper and lower-body work.
Four different grip positions allow for a wide range of movements with exercises like leg swings, assisted push-ups, planks, splits, child’s pose, dips and side planks.
The padded handlebars provide a firm, comfortable grip in any of the four positions, and help promote proper wrist alignment as well.
Attaching the Precision Plank Bar to your Reformer is simple.
